OUR SWIM FABRICS

Did you know that our Swimwear is made from nylon waste, plastic bottles and discarded fishnets from landfills and oceans around the word?

As we started to research the effects the textile industry can have on global waste and pollution we realised we need to be conscious of how we design and the resources we use.

We found @econylbrand and @repreve and love what they are doing. It starts with rescuing waste like fishing nets and fabric scraps from landfills and oceans all over the world. That waste is then sorted and cleaned, to recover all of the nylon possible. Through a radical regeneration and purification process, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity.

It’s exactly the same as brand new Nylon and can be recycled, regenerated and remoulded again and again... as passionate surfers and ocean lovers we don’t want to pollute the ocean in any way. The ocean is our happiness!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Our Swimwear is made from top quality sustainable fabrics Repreve and Econyl.

We use the best dyes and premium fabrics, however we cannot guarantee complete colour fastness on some colours.

Some colours may fade in the sunlight and chlorinated water. Fake tanning products and some sunscreen lotions may mark and damage swimwear. We recommend to take extra care when using these products.

Avoid contact with rough surfaces. Made with love so treat them with love and care!
