Local Pick Up (QLD only)

Free local pick up is available from Tugun, QLD. Select this option at checkout and email us to arrange collection. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Nordic Drifter pieces, but if something isn’t quite right we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit (valid for 12 months).

• You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange.

• No refunds (unless your item is faulty/damaged).

• Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygienic linings still attached.

• Garments that are soiled, marked, damaged, or laundered cannot be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

How to request an exchange:

Email us at hello@nordicdrifter.com with your order number, name, and details of the item you’d like to exchange. We’ll provide you with our return address. Once your return is received and approved, your new item or store credit will be issued.
